What:

A total of 15,000 square feet of exhibit space. Show is targeted for companies who sell to manufactures in West Tennessee and contiguous states.  The show has been matching buyers to suppliers for seventeen successful sell out shows.

When:

Set-up:  Monday, May 5th
   
Show:    Tuesday, May 6th 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  Wednesday, May 7th 10:00 a.m. –5:00 p.m.
   
Take-down:  Wednesday, May 7th – 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
  Thursday, May 8th – 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon
   
  **Booth cannot be taken down before May 7 at 5:00 p.m.

Targeted Audience

The show is targeted to those who make or influence purchasing decisions within manufacturing facilities.  Those include:  Business owners, Plant managers, Plant engineers, Maintenance managers, Manufacturing engineers, Engineering managers, Purchasing managers, Human resources managers, Production supervisors, Office managers, Facility engineers, Quality control managers, Safety managers, …and more

Where

The event will be held at the Carl Perkins Civic Center, 400 South Highland (Hwy. 45 South) in Jackson, Tennessee.

Cost:

Before March 15: **$500 per booth - Members of a West Tennessee Chamber of Commerce
  **$650 per booth – Non-Members
   
After March 15: **$750 per booth (member and non-member rate)
   
  **Discounts for multiple booths
   

Booth fees must accompany registration forms to reserve booth space.  Maximum of eight booths per exhibitor.

Booth Description:

Each booth is 8 ft. x 10 ft. with 8 ft. backdrop and 3 ft. draped sides
